Let’s take a look at our full range of flap discs.
Our standard flap discs come in three colors: red, brown and blue. All three are made of aluminum oxide, covering grades from entry-level to mid-high end. Among them, blue aluminum oxide delivers better performance, while zirconia alumina flap discs are our premium top-tier line. We also have ceramic flap discs, yet they only take up a small market share, so we won’t focus on them today. Our mainstream products are aluminum oxide flap discs.
These discs are widely used for metal rust removal, deburring and polishing. We offer two standard shapes: conical and flat O-type, which are the main shape options. Besides, the length and width of abrasive flaps directly decide the service life of the product. Different quality grades feature different flap density and wear resistance.
Most of our factory orders come from mid-to-high-end markets worldwide. Our proprietary brand Zhibiao adopts this color system. Red abrasive flap discs sell well in Europe, where most end users are construction blue-collar workers and home DIY users with high standards for abrasive quality.
We provide various backing cover options for customization:
Fiberglass backing cover is the most popular industry choice. Plastic covers help reduce costs, and hollow-out plastic covers are trending now. No adhesive labels are needed for plastic covers—we can laser engrave logos and words directly on them. Metal iron covers are also available for buyers who need them.
