20Y+ Abrasives factory | Experience = Real User Needs

I love the gym he owns. It has top-tier equipment and a great environment, and he's such a detail person.
Anyone who hits the gym knows how crowded it gets at peak time—you end up waiting forever for machines. He solved this by putting three of every single machine, which proves he really put himself in customers' shoes. He's thought of every tiny extra most gyms skip, like little auxiliary parts for stretching gear that you barely see anywhere else.
Funny enough, this way of thinking applies exactly to our abrasive products. No matter what industry you're in, the little details are what make or break your whole business.
Quick question—does a gym owner really need to have an amazing body himself? Hahaha.
Talking about our trade, we all started out knowing nothing at all. What made you jump into this line of work? Over 20 years ago, the market was already saturated, and production was nowhere near as automated as it is today. Our boss built the whole company from zero and has kept it running for more than two decades.
I'm on the sales team; I also came in with no prior experience a few years ago. My husband took over production just last year, and he had to learn everything from the ground up too.
We all learned through real hands-on experience, just like your friend with the gym. He understood gym users' real struggles firsthand before opening his place, so every part of his gym is designed around what customers actually want.
I carry this same mindset into my sales job. Since we own the factory, I could easily only focus on our production side, but I always put customers’ needs front and center. We happily adjust packaging to match their requests. Even if one order has more than ten different product specs, our team will go all out to meet their demands. Abrasives factory
