Created on 06.23
Today, let’s take a look at our 230 series products.
Our 230 range includes cutting discs, 3mm cut-and-grind combination discs, and grinding discs. All items of our own private brand are categorized into our A Series.
The 1.9mm thickness is the bestseller in the market. We also offer other thickness options: 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm and 2.0mm. Each size only differs by 0.1mm, and these tiny gaps create multiple separate product lines.
The mainstream specifications are 2mm cutting discs and 3mm dual-purpose discs for cutting and grinding.
For the 2mm version, we produce both flat type and depressed center type. The 3mm discs are also available in these two styles.
Generally speaking, flat discs are designed for cutting, while depressed center discs are made for grinding.
Is this the depressed center type right here?
Exactly. It has a protruding central hub, which we call the depressed center design.
Flat discs have a perfectly smooth and even surface, just like this one. That’s right.
All 6mm thick discs are depressed center style.
These are all the products of our full 230 series family.
