The standard processing procedure for workpieces is cutting first. If burrs are left on the edges, we use 3mm or 6mm grinding discs to grind them off. For special stainless steel materials, we adopt flap discs to smooth the surface thoroughly.

The classic mainstream type on the market is the black diamond disc. Nowadays, they are available in various colors such as blue, orange and purple. Similar to flap discs, colorful versions are launched to attract customers.

What are their main applications? They are widely used in the automotive industry, perfect for paint stripping, rust removal and fine polishing. Lubricants are usually applied during operation to achieve a smoother and brighter workpiece surface.
