Let’s begin our presentation with cutting discs. The standard common thicknesses for our cutting discs are 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm, and the sample I am holding right now is the 1.2 mm specification. These two sizes are the most widely sold and commonly used products on the market. For the domestic market, we offer two product lines in green and black, specifically for professional industrial customers.

Moving on from cutting discs, let’s talk about dual-purpose grinding discs. Our 2-in-1 grinding discs belong to the ×3 product series, and the saucer type is our standard mass-produced style. You can clearly tell the differences in thickness among these cutting discs. I have arranged the samples in the following order: 1.2 mm cutting discs, 1.6 mm cutting discs, ×3 series grinding discs, followed by ×6 series grinding discs. This display clearly demonstrates that each diameter corresponds to an individual product model.

As you can see, safety warning labels are printed on the product surface alongside our brand logo. Standard single-function cutting discs are marked with the notice “Do Not Grind”. However, this warning is not printed on our 2-in-1 products, as they are engineered for both cutting and grinding applications. By contrast, standard dedicated grinding discs must never be used for cutting materials. If regular cutting discs are adopted for grinding work, the thin substrate of the disc will wear down further during grinding, which may lead to serious safety accidents during operation.

When operating cutting discs, always keep the disc perpendicular to the workpiece while cutting. Angled cutting results in uneven force distribution, which poses major safety hazards when the wheel rotates at high speeds. For grinding operations, you can adjust the working angle to 30° or 45° based on your actual workpiece processing requirements.
