These samples were sent to us by overseas clients, who commissioned us to issue formal test reports.
Let’s get into the cutting performance test for these 115-type cutting discs.
Foreign Brand Specimen
Test 1: 16 mm stainless steel round bar cutting test.
After 32 cuts, the disc weighs 12.5 g with a remaining diameter of 79 mm.
Test 2: 16 mm mild steel round bar cutting test.
After 27 cuts, residual weight is 11.6 g and residual diameter is 78 mm.
Zhibiao Brand Specimen
Test 1: Cutting 16 mm stainless steel round bar.
After 75 cuts, the disc retains a weight of 13 g and a diameter of 81 mm.
Test 2: Cutting 16 mm mild steel round bar.
After 65 cuts, residual weight stands at 12.1 g while the diameter remains 78 mm.
