Want to know how wear-resistant flap discs are made? Follow me to tour our full automatic production line.
We use high-quality jumbo abrasive cloth, processed by integrated forming machines. Standard flaps are precisely cut and firmly glued to fiberglass pads to avoid shedding and grain loss.
Semi-finished discs go through high-temperature curing for stronger structure and longer service life.
Automatic labeling and plastic sealing ensure consistent specs and stable quality.
Our fully automated line reduces manual errors, providing better wear resistance than ordinary workshop products.
One small detail: Flap disc color depends on the raw abrasive cloth. Red cloth makes red flap discs.
