Actual Cut-by-Cut Test | Wear Life Comparison of 125 Cutting Discs

Today we are testing samples sent by our overseas customer, the 125 series, to check its cutting performance on stainless steel and steel bars. 125 cutting disc test: cut two different materials separately and check the wear loss after testing. First sample: 16mm stainless steel round bar. Start cutting. After 69 cuts on stainless steel, residual weight: 15g, residual diameter: 82mm. Second sample: 16mm round steel. After 56 cuts, residual diameter: 79mm, residual weight: 13.6g.
