After being cured in the oven, abrasive discs are transported to the inspection waiting area, where workers sort them one by one and pick out non-conforming products. Defect judgment criteria cover various appearance flaws including surface unevenness, edge chipping and disc cracking. The defective rate is mainly controlled in the forming workshop. Temperature, humidity, equipment commissioning and primary screening during forming directly determine the finished product qualification rate after curing.
