Benchmarking Overseas Competitors｜Real‑World Wear‑Loss Test for 230‑Series Cutting Discs

We received Series 230 samples of an overseas brand from our foreign customer and conducted comparative cutting tests under identical working conditions.

Two types of materials were cut respectively to check wear-and-tear after testing.

Test 1: 25 mm stainless-steel round steel, start cutting. After 41 cuts, residual weight: 97 g, residual diameter: 167 mm.

Test 2: 30 mm round steel. After 20 cuts, residual length: 160 mm, residual weight: 88 g.
