This week, we conducted a comparative cutting test on 230*1.8 mm cut-off wheel samples from an overseas brand under identical working conditions. Two test specimens were cut respectively, and the wear loss of the products was inspected after the test.
Overseas-brand Specimen
Specimen 1: 25 mm round steel. Cutting started.
After 43 cuts on stainless steel, remaining weight: 97 g, residual diameter: 163 mm.
Specimen 2: 30 mm round steel.
After 21 cuts, residual diameter: 164 mm, remaining weight: 82 g.
Zhibiao-brand Specimen
Specimen 1: 25 mm round steel. Cutting started.
After 52 cuts on stainless steel, remaining weight: 73 g, residual diameter: 155 mm.
Specimen 2: 30 mm round steel.
After 31 cuts, residual diameter: 165 mm, remaining weight: 82 g.
Conclusion: Under the same test conditions, Zhibiao cut-off wheels deliver significantly more cutting strokes than the overseas reference sample.
