Today we conduct an abrasion-resistance comparison test on two types of 230×2.5 mm cutting discs.
First, we test the foreign-brand sample.
Test specimen 1: 25 mm stainless-steel round bar. Start cutting.
After 50 cuts, the remaining workpiece diameter is 164 mm.
Test specimen 2: 30 mm round bar. Continue the test.
After 24 cuts, the remaining workpiece diameter is 165 mm.
25 mm stainless-steel round bar test condition:
The Zhibiao brand achieves 55 cuts versus 50 cuts for the foreign brand. Zhibiao delivers more cutting cycles. The remaining workpiece diameters after cutting for both are roughly equivalent.
30 mm round bar test condition:
The Zhibiao brand achieves 28 cuts, higher than the foreign brand's 24 cuts. The Zhibiao sample shows greater workpiece loss with a remaining diameter of 160 mm, indicating relatively higher grinding-wheel wear consumption.
Conclusion: Under identical specifications, the Zhibiao brand outperforms the tested foreign brand in terms of achievable cutting cycles.
