We received customer feedback that the cutting disc fractured during use, and they assumed it was poor disc quality! But the root cause lies in improper operating practices. First and most common: excessive feeding speed. Right after startup, users press down hard and ram the disc against the workpiece. The sudden heavy impact creates invisible internal cracks inside the cutting disc. Remember: feed with gentle pressure; avoid aggressive, force-heavy cutting. Second: the flange plates are not properly tightened. Insufficient clamping from both-side flanges will cause the cutting disc to wobble and drift under high-speed rotation. Do not over-tighten either. Excessive torque will crack the inner bore; secure it with moderate tightness. Therefore, cutting-disc fractures are not always product-related issues. Avoid forceful plunging; keep flanges properly secured. Check clamping conditions before operation to prevent safety incidents.
